So cute! Somewhere I have a picture of me dressed as Rainbow Brite when I was 4. I use that picture as proof my mom loves me. The whole costume was stuffed to give it the proper shape, AND she made me an orange/yellow yarn wig to wear with it.

I've been getting worried. My middle school daughter went to school dressed as Lois Lane for Halloween (name tag and all), and only the teachers knew who Lois Lane was. She was also the only one celebrating Towel Day today, but that wasn't as surprising. It is good to know there are other geek moms out there working to raise our girls right :)

When my daughter was 2, I was watching the Enterprise series to catch up to where my husband was in the season and got my daughter hooked on Star Trek and spaceships. She wants to fly a space ship when she's all grown up. I've already got my young son hooked on ST as well, hehe

Those Darth Vader princesses remind me of my 4 year old who yesterday dressed herself as a princess-fairy-jedi-ninja. She had a wand AND a light saber in addition to the tiara and wings.

ReplyDeleteBaby Doctor Horrible is just exploding with cuteness, but I'm wondering if that little girl has actually seen Doctor Horrible. Because as a child, that ending would have scarred me for life. Then again, I couldn't watch The Lion King for years after my mom decided to let me watch the Mufasa death scene, so maybe I was just that kind of kid.
