Remember when you were a kid, and you'd beg your parents to let you buy one of those little toys in a plastic bubble from the vending machine? And how excited you were turning that little crank, wondering what tiny treasure you'd get?
Well, prepare to grin like that little kid again:
PS - I WANT THAT OWL PILLOW. That is all.

Want! Want! Want! That is too cool! St. Louis has a recycle place like that. I've never been to it, I've only read about it. You buy the donated supplies by the pound. It's geared for teachers getting cheap supplies for their classes, but anyone can go.
ReplyDeleteOh man I want to go! Love it (and the owl pillow too).
ReplyDeleteI want that pillow too. So cute!
ReplyDeleteWell that is definitely a creative use for those otherwise useless plastic bubbles. Because let's face it, once you got your little prize out of it, you didn't care what happened to the bubble.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!!
ReplyDeleteWow...that is awesome. I need to see if there's a place like that around here in Jacksonville...but I doubt it..
ReplyDeleteThat owl pillow is so freakin awesome and I want it (where did they get that?). I don't think that I could ever come up with that idea of the plastic container things. I bet the person who gave it up is regretting it right now.
ReplyDeleteI love that owl pillow! This one looks a lot like it. Etsy is full of owl pillows

What a cute idea! Although thats a helluva lot of those little containers!

I think the worst part is that they can't hang any artwork! I understand about keeping walls nice, but sheesh!
ReplyDeleteThat is so smart! It definitely inspires me to do something with our apartment walls. We "can" paint and put holes in the wall, but we have to return the place to the original color and state before we move out and it's just not worth it.
ReplyDeleteAnd I would like the owl pillow as well. :)
ReplyDeleteNot the same as the one pictured, but shanalogic carries some really cute pillows: http://shanalogic.com/search.php
ReplyDeleteOMG! That owl pillow is amazing. Where can I get one? I love it.!
ReplyDeletewhen my fiance proposed, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a plastic bubble with my ring in it. So much better than a ring box!
